I am a dedicated advocate for youth within the foster care system, particularly those transitioning into independent living. With years of experience in the child welfare sector, I have focused my efforts on empowering individuals aged 14 and up, providing them with the tools and support necessary for successful life transitions.
Holding a B.A. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, I have a deep understanding of adolescent behaviors and development, which was further enhanced through my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Norfolk State University. My scholarly journey culminated in a Doctorate of Social Work from Capella University, equipping me with advanced knowledge and innovative approaches to social work practice. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Bowenian Family Therapy.
Based in Virginia Beach, VA, I am licensed to practice in both Virginia and New York, allowing me to extend my impact across state lines. My commitment to advocating for foster youth continues to drive my professional endeavors, making therapy a vital resource in the journey towards independence and personal growth for those I serve.

I am Licensed Clinical Social Work with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. As a dedicated resident of Virginia Beach, I bring guided expertise to clinical therapy, with a discipline in military social work embedded into my MSW degree. Deeply inspired by transformative works like "A Course in Miracles" and the Association for Research and Enlightenment, I embody the benefits of health and wellness. Pursuing a Ph.D. based on Empirical Scientific Spirituality research, I am emersed in dissertating the integration of spirituality, and observable science. My advocacy work empowers Hampton Roads citizens, guiding them to enhance their lives through innovative psychodynamic approaches. My mission is both inspiring and transformative.
With a holistic worldview, I integrate the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of human existence. As a Reiki master and clinical therapist, my expertise spans disciplines such as Astro theology, etymology, sacred geometry, philosophy, and psychosocial ontology. This diverse knowledge base allows him to approach situations with a comprehensive, and reflective perspective. I am proficient in trauma-based cognitive therapies, psychodynamic approaches, and energy motion having the ability to synthesize complex concepts and coalesce them with grace.
